$1,600
per seat, per month
Soft Home Global charges between $1,500 and $2,500 per seat per month depending on the role. Certified payroll specialist is $1,600. AR caller / denials is $1,700. Certified coder is $2,500. That is one full time trained person, forty hours a week, on United States hours. There is no setup fee, no annual contract and no percentage of your collections.
These are the national figures. Seat prices are set per state, so the number on a state page may sit above or below the range here. Whichever page you are on shows the same price to everyone who opens it — including us, when we quote you.
The usual starting point
Most practices between two and fifteen providers start with three people, because that covers the three places money actually stops. Not a department. Three named individuals doing three named jobs, in your system, on your hours.
Before the visit
Coverage checked and authorization obtained while it still costs nothing to fix.
When it denies
The old end of the ageing report, worked to a closing outcome on every account.
After the payment
Remittances balanced to the deposit, so an underpayment cannot post as a write-off.
Paid up front, one month minimum, thirty days’ notice. Take one seat instead if you would rather start smaller — but a single provider will not keep one person busy, and we will tell you so rather than sell you one.

Salary figures are US national medians for the occupation, not a quote for your city — your own cost differs by market and benefits load. Every figure here is cited on the comparison page.
The figures above are the national price and they apply everywhere unless a state page says otherwise. For 38 states we publish a different number, higher in some and lower in others, and both are real prices you can hold us to.
It is not a cost difference. A seat costs us exactly the same to deliver whoever buys it. What differs is what the seat is being compared against: a practice in San Jose is weighing it against a local salary that a practice in rural Mississippi is not, so the same figure reads as cheap in one place and dear in the other. Pricing to that is a business decision, and we would rather say so than pretend the number fell out of a cost model.
The price varies by page, never by visitor. The Texas page shows the Texas price to everybody — somebody in Texas, somebody in London, and a search engine crawling from California all see the same number at that address. Varying a price on one URL according to where the request came from is cloaking, and it produces an indexed price that does not match what a buyer is shown. We will not do it.
Outside the United States there is one price: the national one above. Not “contact us” — a page that hides its price contradicts everything else on this site.
Because the alternative wastes your time and ours. A hidden price means a discovery call whose real purpose is to work out what you will tolerate. Ours is the same number for everyone and it is on this page.
A percentage model means our invoice rises exactly when your month goes well, and it makes next year impossible to budget. It also puts our incentive on the accounts that are easiest to collect rather than the ones that have been sitting at 120 days.
No. Training on your workflow takes about a week and is not billed on top.
One seat for one month, cancellable with thirty days notice.
Not per seat. From four seats onward we will talk about a rate, and it will still be a published number rather than something worked out from what you look like you can afford.
Software licences in your own system, clearinghouse fees, and anything that requires a US-licensed professional. We staff the back office. We do not give legal, tax or clinical advice.
