Offered alongside a seat, the two-week pilot or the revalidation job — not instead of a published price. For the first ten clients:
- Your price locked for 12 months
- Month one free if the targets we agree at signature are missed
- A free replacement within 10 business days if a seat is not working out
- 30 days' notice either way, same as every seat
In return: a named case study and at most one reference call a month.
What you would actually be buying
Founding 10 is terms, not a product on its own. Take a seat — an AR caller is $1,700 a month, published on /pricing/ — or start smaller with the two-week pilot on one seat at $700, one-off, credited to month one if you go on to take the seat. A one-off medicare revalidation filing is $249 per provider (published, not yet taking orders). Founding 10 terms apply to whichever one you sign.
Questions about Founding 10
Does Founding 10 replace the published price?
No. Every seat, the two-week pilot and the revalidation job keep their published price. Founding 10 is terms layered on top of whichever one you buy, not a discount off it.
What exactly is the price lock?
The price you sign at does not rise for 12 months, even if the published price on /pricing/ goes up in that time.
What counts as a missed target?
Whatever we agree in writing at signature, specific to your seat and your workflow. If those agreed numbers are missed in the first month, that month is free.
What if the person on my account is not working out?
We replace them within 10 business days. This is on top of the ordinary right to end the agreement on 30 days' notice, not instead of it.
What do you ask for in return?
A named case study, and at most one reference call a month. We are new and have said so on every page; Founding 10 is how the first honest references get made.
What happens once all ten places are taken?
Every published price keeps applying with the same one-month minimum. Only the price lock, the missed-target month and the fast replacement are Founding-10-specific, and they stop being offered once the tenth place is taken.
