About the prices on this site

The seat prices published on the pricing page are the prices we charge, per seat, per month, in US dollars, for a full time person working forty hours a week. They are not an estimate and they are not a starting point for a negotiation in either direction. Any engagement is governed by the signed services agreement, and where that agreement and this website differ, the agreement governs.

What a seat is

One trained person working your queue inside your own system, during United States business hours, under a named login you issue. A seat is a staffing arrangement. It is not a license, a piece of software, or a guarantee of a financial outcome, and no page on this site promises a collection rate, a recovery percentage or a revenue increase.

What we do not advise on

Soft Home Global is a back-office services provider. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or clinical advice. The denial guides, the glossary and the state pages are working guidance drawn from public code sets and public filing rules. Payer policies differ, wage determinations differ by contract and locality, and the applicable policy or determination governs any individual claim or filing.

Responsibility for what is submitted stays with you. On a certified payroll filing, the statement of compliance is signed by the contractor, which is why every submission is visible to you before and after it goes.

Accuracy

We correct errors on this site when we find them. If you find one, write to ops@softhomeglobal.com and it will be fixed rather than argued about.
