Who writes this

Everything on this site is written by Ibtesam Asif and the operations team at Soft Home Global, from the work we do for clients. There is no outside content agency and no freelance byline.

We do not have a physician, an attorney or a certified coder on staff reviewing clinical or legal content, and we do not put a reviewer’s name on a page to suggest otherwise. Where a question needs one of those people, the page says so and tells you to ask yours.

Three kinds of claim, told apart

This is the part that matters most, and most sites in this industry do not do it. Every factual sentence here is one of three things, and the page makes clear which.

• An official fact. “Texas allows 30 days for a clean electronic claim.” This is law or government programme rule, and it carries a link to the statute or the agency. The citation is the authority — not us.
• An industry fact. “CO-197 means precertification absent.” This is standard published text, quoted rather than paraphrased, because a misquoted code description is worse than no page at all.
• Our own experience. “In our experience this is the commonest preventable denial.” Labelled as ours, every time. It is an observation from doing the work, not a market statistic, and we do not dress it up as one.

What we will not publish

A short list, and every item is absolute.

• A financial outcome we cannot stand behind. No collection rate, no percentage lift, no recovery figure, no payback period. We have no audited outcome data across a client base, so any such number would be a claim in a dispute rather than information. This is also why our cost calculator compares cost only.
• A certification we do not hold. No body certifies an organization as HIPAA compliant — there is no such certification — and we say so rather than implying we have one.
• A partnership we do not have. Every page named after somebody else’s software states, before anything else, that we are not their partner, reseller or certified vendor.
• A statistic without a source. If a percentage appears, the thing it came from is beside it.
• Anything about a specific client. Client identity and client operations are confidential in both directions.
• Protected health information. Nothing on this site, in any example, ever.

Sources, and which one we pick

Where a government source exists, we cite the government source. Not an SEO article about it, not a vendor’s summary, not a secondary aggregator. For state payment deadlines that means the statute; for Medicare rules, CMS; for code descriptions, the standard text.

Where only a vendor or an industry survey has published a figure, we say whose it is in the sentence, so you can weigh it accordingly.

Updates and review dates

Regulatory pages carry a date. It is deliberately last updated rather than last reviewed wherever nobody actually sat down and re-read the page — claiming a review that did not happen is exactly the kind of thing this policy exists to prevent.

Those dates are generated from a fingerprint of the page’s own words, so a date moves only when the content genuinely changes. A site-wide rebuild does not move them, and neither does a change to the markup.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Email ops@softhomeglobal.com with the page and what is wrong.

Substantive corrections to a regulatory or code page are made in place and the review date moves. We do not quietly change a figure and leave the date alone, because a stale date on corrected content is a second error on top of the first.

Where AI is used, and where it is not

We use AI tooling to draft, structure and check this site, and a person is accountable for every published sentence. That is the honest description: not “100% human written”, which would not be true, and not an AI content farm, which this is not.

What AI is not allowed to do here is originate a fact. Prices, statutes, code descriptions and state rules are assembled from data files that a person compiled from primary sources, and automated checks fail the build if a page quotes a price that is not published, cites a URL that does not exist, or makes a claim from the categories listed above.

Commercial disclosure

Soft Home Global sells staffing. Every page on this site is written by a company that would like you to become a client, and the free tools exist partly because a useful tool is how a company like ours gets known.

What that does not change: the prices are the real prices, the statutes are the real statutes, and where the honest answer is “you do not need us for this”, the page says so.
