Questions before you write
What happens after I send this?
A person reads it and replies the same working day, in plain English. Not an autoresponder and not a sequence. If what you describe is not something a seat fixes, the reply says so.
Will I get put into a sales sequence?
No. One reply from a person. If you do not write back, that is the end of it — you will not receive a drip campaign.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Most questions can be answered in writing, and every price is published so there is nothing to extract from you on a call. If it is faster to talk, you can pick a time yourself.
What should I not put in the form?
Patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, claim numbers or dates of service. Payers, ageing buckets and dollar amounts are fine and far more useful.
