For billing companies and MSOs

Take the next client without a hiring cycle

Soft Home Global staffs white-label back-office seats for medical billing companies at $1,500 to $2,500 per seat per month, with one month minimum and thirty days notice. About ten days from agreement to a trained person working your queue, against six to twelve weeks for a US hire.

The bind

You win the client, then you have to staff it

The gap between signing a practice and having someone to work it is where billing companies either burn margin on overtime or hand the client a bad first quarter.

Hire ahead of demand

You carry the salary for weeks before the revenue arrives, and if the client churns you carry it after.

Hire behind demand

Your existing team absorbs the new client on top of their own work. Quality slips everywhere, not just on the new account.

Turn the client down

The one nobody puts in the board pack. In our experience it is also the commonest.

How it works with you

Your brand stays in front

  • White-label — your client sees your brand and your reporting
  • We never contact your clients directly
  • Non-solicitation on your named clients, signed without negotiation
  • Seats added or removed on thirty days notice
  • A named person per account, not a rotating pool
  • The Friday report goes to you, in a form you can forward

Questions

Do you work white-label?

Yes. Your client sees your brand, your reporting and your account manager. We are your back office, not a second vendor in the room, and we will not contact your clients directly.

Will you compete with us for our clients?

No, and we will put it in writing. A non-solicitation clause covering your named clients is a normal part of the agreement and we sign it without negotiation, because a back office that poaches is a back office nobody uses twice.

How fast can we add capacity?

About ten days from agreement to a trained person working. Compare that against a US hiring cycle of six to twelve weeks, which is usually the reason a billing company turns down the client it just won.

Can we scale back down?

Thirty days notice per seat. That is the whole point of a monthly seat over a hire: you can take the client without betting the payroll on them staying.

What margin does this leave us?

That depends what you bill. A seat at $1,700 a month is roughly $10 an hour of loaded capacity, on a forty hour week. What you charge on top is your business and we do not ask.
