A floor built for United States back-office work
Soft Home Global is a healthcare BPO in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, founded in February 2026 to do United States back-office work. Today the floor staffs accounts receivable and denials, billing and payment posting, and front-end work: eligibility, prior authorization and scheduling. Coding, credentialing and the other roles on the price list are on request. The floor, the systems and the equipment are built, and your person is named before you pay. What we do not yet have is a long client list, and this page says so rather than working around it.
Every competitor page you will read today claims twenty years and twenty-eight thousand providers. Some of those numbers are real. Many are not, and you have no way to tell which. So this site publishes only what you can check.

- Start work before the Business Associate Agreement is signed
- Hide the price until we have worked out what you will pay
What we are betting on
That there is a practice manager somewhere who is tired of being sold to. Who wants to know the price before the call, wants the person doing the work to be named, wants a report on Friday that admits when a week went badly, and wants to be able to leave in thirty days if it is not working.
That is the whole strategy. It is not clever and it does not need to be. It only needs to be unusual, and at the moment it is.

Since February 2026, when Ibtesam Asif founded it. It is a new company, and we would rather you heard that from us. The hundred-seat delivery floor in Rawalpindi is built and equipped for United States back-office work. Staff work US business hours, which from Pakistan is a night shift, so your queue is worked while your office is open and the payers can be reached.
