What happens on the call?
You describe what is not getting worked — aged AR, denials, prior auths, credentialing — and we tell you whether a seat fixes it and what it would cost. Twenty minutes is enough. There is no deck and no discovery process.
Will you try to sell me something?
We will tell you the price, because it is published on the site anyway. If a seat will not help you we will say so on the call. That is a cheaper answer for both of us than a proposal you were never going to sign.
What should I bring?
If you have it, your aged AR by payer and bucket — dollars and counts, no patient identifiers. It makes the twenty minutes far more useful than a conversation about us. If you do not have it to hand, come anyway.
What time zone are the times in?
Yours. The page reads your time zone from your browser and shows every slot in your own clock. Our floor works United States hours from Rawalpindi, which is why the times you see are ordinary business hours where you are.
Do I need to sign anything to talk?
No. No card, no contract, no NDA to book. A BAA is signed before anyone gets a login, but that is after you decide to work with us, not before a conversation.
