How to check us before you commit anything

This page has no testimonials on it. Anyone can write those. What it has instead is a list of things you can independently verify, what will be shown to you on a call, and the terms that let you test the work rather than take anyone’s word for it.

Check independently

Things you can verify without asking us

  • The founder, by name, on LinkedIn — not a stock photograph
  • The company page on LinkedIn
  • The registered office address, published on the contact page
  • The price list, published rather than quoted on a call
  • The security posture, written as refusals rather than badges
  • Every denial-code guide on this site against the published X12 code set

The founder page, with all three profiles →

Ask on the first call

Things we will show you

  • A redacted Friday report, so you see the actual reporting format
  • The Business Associate Agreement, before any access is discussed
  • A walkthrough of how a seat would work your specific queue
  • Which system your seat would log into, and under whose named account
  • A reference call, where a client has agreed to act as one

Where no client has agreed to be a reference, you will be told that rather than handed something we wrote ourselves.

Why this page looks like this

A review you cannot verify is worth nothing to you

Invented reviews are unlawful

The United States Federal Trade Commission’s 2024 rule on consumer reviews carries civil penalties per fake review. Every vendor showing you an unattributable quotation is taking that risk with your judgement.

And they poison search results

Marking fabricated reviews up in Review schema submits false structured data to Google. The penalty is a manual action that removes the whole site from results — permanently, in some cases.

So the terms do the work instead

One seat, one month, thirty days notice. You are not asked to believe anything. You run it on a real queue and read the numbers you picked.

Questions

Where are your testimonials?

There are none on this page, and that is deliberate. Any vendor can write a paragraph and attach a stock photograph and a first name. Rather than ask you to weigh something unverifiable, this page lists what you can independently check and what will be shown to you on a call.

Can I speak to a current client?

Ask on the first call. Where a client has agreed to act as a reference, you will be connected directly with them rather than shown a quotation we wrote. Where none has agreed, you will be told that plainly instead of being handed something invented.

What can you show me before I commit anything?

A redacted Friday report so you can see the reporting format. The Business Associate Agreement we will sign. The published price list. The security controls, written as things we refuse to do. And a walkthrough of exactly how a seat would work your specific queue.

How do I reduce the risk of getting this wrong?

One seat, one month, thirty days notice. Total exposure is smaller than a week of a local hire and you judge it on numbers you chose. That is a more reliable test than any review you could read, ours or a competitor’s.

Already a client?

Reviews left on Google or LinkedIn appear under your own name and can be checked by anyone, which is the only kind worth having. If the work has been good, that is where to say so.
