From the first call to the first Friday report

Four steps. You issue one named login, we agree the numbers you will judge the seat on, the seat trains for about a week on your workflow, and then every Friday you get a written report of what was done, what the numbers were, and what went wrong. Around ten days from the first call to somebody working your queue.

You give one login

A named account in your PM or EHR for one named person. Never a shared login. The BAA is signed before it is issued.

We agree the numbers

Accounts touched per day, QA pass rate, reports accepted first time. You pick them and you measure them. We do not grade our own work.

The seat starts

About a week to train on your workflow. Full time from day one, working United States hours, on your worklist in your order.

Friday, in writing

What was done, what the numbers were, and what went wrong. Including the weeks that went badly, because those are the ones worth reading.

What we need from you

  • One named login in the system you already use
  • A signed Business Associate Agreement
  • Thirty minutes of somebody senior explaining how you want it done
  • The numbers you want to be judged on

We do not need your data exported, a new system bought, or a project plan.

What you get back

  • Your queue worked from the difficult end, during your business hours
  • Every payer call logged with the reference number and the outcome
  • Denials categorised so the same reason stops recurring
  • A written report every Friday, including the weeks that went badly
  • A named person you can reach, not a ticket queue

Why the report matters more than it sounds

Most outsourcing goes wrong quietly. The work continues, the invoice arrives, and nobody can say whether it is helping, because the only reporting is a dashboard the vendor built and grades itself against. Six months later somebody senior asks what the money bought and there is no answer.

The Friday report exists so that question has an answer at any point, and so that the bad weeks are visible while they are still cheap to fix. It names the numbers you chose, not the ones that happen to look good, and it says what went wrong. If a week was poor, you will read that it was poor.

Questions

How long from the first call to somebody working?

Usually about ten days. A day or two to agree scope and sign the BAA and the agreement, then roughly a week of training on your workflow, your payer mix and your system.

What do you need from us to start?

One named login in your system, a signed BAA, and thirty minutes of somebody senior showing us how you want the work done. That is genuinely it.

Who decides what gets worked first?

You do. The seat works your queue in your order. We will tell you when we think the order is costing you money, and then we will work it in your order anyway, because it is your practice.

What if it is not working?

Thirty days notice, no penalty, no argument. We would rather you left in month two than stayed unhappy for a year, because an unhappy client who stays is a reference we can never use.

Next step

One seat. One month. Cancel any time.

Twenty minutes on a call is enough to tell whether this fits. If it does not, I will say so.
