Buy seats by the tier, not one at a time
Published volume tiers for US billing companies and BPOs. A prepaid pilot first, a seat ramp after it, and one wholesale floor at scale — never quoted to a practice, only to a partner.
If you already run a book of practice clients and need dedicated or overflow AR, posting, eligibility or credentialing capacity behind it, this is that channel. You contract with Soft Home Global once; the seats work inside your own systems, under your own direction and quality standard, on United States hours — and, if you resell or white-label the work, under your own brand, with your name on every report.
The published tiers
A percentage off each seat’s published price (the same list everyone else sees), decided by the total seat count on one agreement — a 10-seat AR line and a 4-seat posting line on the same agreement is a 14-seat buyer. The AR seat below is priced at each tier for one worked example; every other seat in the price list follows the same percentage.
| Seats on one agreement | Discount | AR seat (list $1,700) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 4 seats | −0% | $1,700 |
| 5 to 9 seats | −5% | $1,615 |
| 10 to 19 seats | −8% | $1,564 |
| 20 to 39 seats | −12% | $1,496 |
| 40 or more seats | −15% | $1,445 |
Partner-only — never on the pricing page
Wholesale floor: $1,100 a seat, at 10+ seats, on the AR caller / denials and Eligibility & benefits seats
At 10 or more seats on one agreement, a partner reselling those seats under its own brand and contract may negotiate below its tier price — never below this floor. Every other role is sold at its tier price. The floor prices the party carrying the client relationship, the contract and first-line support; a practice buying directly pays the published seat price because we carry those instead.
Start with a pilot
3 seats, 30 days, prepaid, at the published list price. Below the first tier on purpose — a pilot proves the work before either side commits to a larger number.
Then ramp
Add seats in steps of 2, 5, 10, each on 30 days’ written notice. From the 3-seat pilot that is 5 seats (−5%), then 10 seats (−8%), then 20 seats (−12%) — each step lands on the first seat of the next tier, so the discount grows as the agreement does.
12-month non-solicit
Neither side solicits or hires the other’s people who work on the seats — while the agreement runs and for 12 months after it ends. A non-solicit, not a non-compete, and it binds us the same way it binds you.
What a white-label report looks like
Built by the same reporting code every real client’s weekly report goes through — not a mock-up drawn separately for this page. Marked SAMPLE because it is not a real client’s figures. A white-labelled copy goes out under your name and your client’s, not ours.
Week ending 2026-10-23
Weekly report — [your client’s name here]
The 60–90 day bucket came down for the third week running. Most of the week went on Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, where the largest balances sit.
Overflow SLA
Written into the partner agreement: your email or ticket answered inside four business hours, and an escalation acknowledged inside one business hour, on the seat’s United States shift. Claim-level turnaround is agreed per order, because it depends on your systems and your client’s volume.
Security, honestly
0 of 27 controls in our compliance checklist carried dated evidence on 27 September 2026. That is the true number, not a marketing one — the security page lists the controls and which are still being put in place; each is shown to you as evidence under the BAA process rather than asserted here.
Graded people ready
0 on 27 September 2026. Said plainly rather than implied otherwise — there is no roster to browse yet. Ask on the call what that means for a specific start date.
A signed agreement also carries a subcontractor Business Associate Agreement with flow-down terms from your own upstream BAA, and a one-page diligence pass in both directions — what we ask you for, and what you may ask us for. These are drafted and marked for counsel review before any partner sees them.
Reserve capacity
Tell us the organisation and roughly how many seats you are thinking about. The partner desk replies — not the practice sales queue.
This form sends exactly what you type above, to the partner desk. No patient information — this is not a safe place for it, and it is refused if it looks like any.

Questions
How is this different from the pricing on /pricing/?
That page prices a practice buying its own seats — the same number for every practice. This page prices seats bought in bulk, on one agreement, by an organisation that resells or white-labels them into its own client book. The discount depends only on how many seats the agreement carries, and the table is published here for every partner who asks, exactly as the per-seat price is published for every practice.
Can a practice get the wholesale floor?
No. The floor prices a partner who carries the client relationship, the contract terms and first-line support for its own client — costs a practice buying directly does not carry, because we carry them. A practice pays the published seat price on the pricing page.
Does the floor apply to every role?
No. It is published for the AR-calling and eligibility-verification seats only, the two roles an overflow partner most often needs. Every other role is sold at its tier price above; a figure below that is agreed in writing with the founder, never on a first call.
What do you actually show us before we sign anything?
Exactly what is evidenced and nothing more. As of today that is a sample weekly report (marked SAMPLE, built from the same reporting code every real client sees) and the security controls that are already shown, dated, on the security page — including the ones still being put in place. We will not claim a control, a client count, or a certification we cannot show you.
How many people do you have ready for our seats right now?
None graded and profiled as of 27 September 2026 — said plainly rather than implied otherwise. A partner seat follows the same start window as any other seat while people are graded and assigned; ask on the call what that means for your timeline.
What is the pilot?
3 seats, 30 days, prepaid, at the published list price — below the first volume tier, so there is no discount on a pilot. It exists to prove the work before either side commits to a larger number.
Where do the seats actually sit?
Our office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Every seat logs into the end client’s systems remotely, on their business hours. Some payer contracts and some state Medicaid programs restrict or require disclosure of offshore subcontractors — Medicare Advantage plans in particular require First Tier/Downstream/Related Entity oversight, which can mean disclosing us as a subcontractor — so check the end client’s contract before placing a restricted queue on one of these seats.

Twenty minutes on a call covers your book, your systems and which tier fits — no obligation, and nothing here is quoted to you differently than it is printed.
