Eligibility and benefits, before the visit
$1,700 a seat, a month

Revenue cycle management outsourcing built role by role rather than as one bundled contract: 22 seats spanning eligibility through payment posting, each priced separately from $1,500 to $2,500 a month. Start with one queue, add roles as they earn their place.
“RCM outsourcing” usually gets sold as one contract covering everything. Here it is six roles, each staffed and priced on its own.

See this role →The traditional version of this purchase is a single agreement covering the whole revenue cycle, commonly priced as a percentage of collections and running a year or more, which is expensive to unwind if one part of it is not working. Building the same coverage from individual seats means the parts that work stay, the parts that do not get dropped on thirty days notice, and nothing was ever signed for the whole cycle at once.
Neolytix publishes 4% to 10% of collections as the general range for outsourced billing, rising to 10% to 12% for complex specialties such as oncology, and on $1,000,000 of annual collections that is $40,000 to $100,000 a year. A practice or billing company staffing the same six roles above as seats pays the sum of those published prices instead, whatever gets collected that month.
The same posture applies whether one seat or six are staffed: a Business Associate Agreement before access, one named individual login per seat that you issue and can revoke, and nothing exported, printed or copied out of your systems. The work is done from our office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, on your business hours, disclosed on /offshore-medical-billing/. Full detail on /security/, and the offshore-specific questions to ask any vendor are on /is-offshore-medical-billing-safe/.
Everything between a patient being scheduled and the practice being paid in full: eligibility and benefits, prior authorization, coding, charge entry, AR calling and denial management, payment posting, and credentialing. 22 roles in total, each priced and staffed separately, listed on /pricing/.
Start with one. Most practices and billing companies begin with the queue causing the most pain, usually AR calling and denials or prior authorization, and add roles once the first one has earned its place. There is no bundled package that requires signing up for the whole cycle at once.
A traditional RCM BPO contract is usually one agreement covering the full cycle, often on a percentage of collections, with a multi-year term that is expensive to unwind. Here, each role is its own seat at a flat published price, added or dropped on thirty days notice, so the commitment scales with how many roles you actually staff rather than one large contract covering all of them.
Yes, white-label. Your client sees your brand and your reporting, we do not contact them directly, and a non-solicitation clause on your named clients is a standard part of the agreement. The full terms for that arrangement are on /billing-companies/.
Each seat is staffed and trained against one practice’s or one client’s workflow and payer mix, so multiple locations or specialties are multiple seats rather than one generalist covering all of them. Specialty-specific denial patterns are documented per specialty on /specialties/.
Fourteen to thirty days for the first seat, covering the Business Associate Agreement and training. Additional seats after that generally run on the same fourteen-to-thirty-day cycle each, since every seat is trained against its own queue rather than sharing one onboarding.
Three ways to check us before you commit to anything.
Next step
Twenty minutes to size the first seat. Add the rest of the cycle only once it has earned its place.
