Practice management and EHR

PrognoCIS billing and AR support

We put trained full-time people inside your own PrognoCIS tenant, through a login you issue, working US hours. No migration, no software to buy, one month minimum.

We are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of PrognoCIS

PrognoCIS (also known as Bizmatics) is a product of its own vendor and the name is their trademark. We have built nothing with them, we are endorsed by none of them, and we hold no product certification. What we do is put a trained person into your tenant, under your login, to work your queues. That is the whole claim, and it is checkable on your first call.

What it is

An EHR and practice management platform used by independent practices across several specialties, including occupational medicine and workers’ compensation work.

Who runs it: Independent practices, occupational medicine clinics and specialty groups.

How the money moves through it

Alongside ordinary payer billing, practices doing occupational medicine bill employers and workers’ compensation carriers, which follow different rules and different timelines from commercial insurance.

The queues a seat works

  • Commercial payer denials and AR
  • Workers’ compensation claim follow-up
  • Employer billing and self-pay accounts
  • Authorization tracking

What a seat does, day to day

A seat works whichever of those you name. Workers’ compensation is a distinct queue and should be staffed as one.

What goes wrong here

  • Workers’ compensation follows state-specific fee schedules and rules rather than payer contracts. It is not a variation on commercial billing and should not be worked as one.

What this costs

An ar calling & denial management seat working your PrognoCIS queues is $1,700 a month, full time, one month minimum.

Questions

Do you work in PrognoCIS?

Yes — inside your own tenant, through a login you issue. We do not migrate you, we do not require a software change, and we are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of PrognoCIS. A seat is a trained person working your queues.

What does a seat actually do in PrognoCIS?

A seat works whichever of those you name. Workers’ compensation is a distinct queue and should be staffed as one.

What does it cost?

Seats run from $1,500 to $2,500 a month depending on the role, published per role on the pricing page. One month minimum, so the practice risks one month to find out whether it works.

How does access work?

You issue a named login with the narrowest role that covers the queue. A signed business associate agreement is in place before any credential is issued, never after.
