Practice management and EHR

Practice Fusion billing and AR support

We put trained full-time people inside your own Practice Fusion tenant, through a login you issue, working US hours. No migration, no software to buy, one month minimum.

We are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of Practice Fusion

Practice Fusion is a product of its own vendor and the name is their trademark. We have built nothing with them, we are endorsed by none of them, and we hold no product certification. What we do is put a trained person into your tenant, under your login, to work your queues. That is the whole claim, and it is checkable on your first call.

What it is

A cloud EHR used mainly by small and solo practices, now part of Veradigm.

Who runs it: Solo providers and very small practices.

How the money moves through it

Practices on Practice Fusion frequently bill through a separate practice management or clearinghouse product, so the billing work often happens outside the EHR itself.

The queues a seat works

  • Charges to be entered into the billing system
  • Clearinghouse rejections
  • Denials
  • Patient balances

What a seat does, day to day

A seat works whichever system your claims actually go through, which is often not the EHR. The first question is where the claim is produced.

What goes wrong here

  • Where the EHR and the billing system are different products, the gap between them is where charges go missing. Reconciling encounters against charges is usually the first thing worth doing.

What this costs

An ar calling & denial management seat working your Practice Fusion queues is $1,700 a month, full time, one month minimum.

Questions

Do you work in Practice Fusion?

Yes — inside your own tenant, through a login you issue. We do not migrate you, we do not require a software change, and we are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of Practice Fusion. A seat is a trained person working your queues.

What does a seat actually do in Practice Fusion?

A seat works whichever system your claims actually go through, which is often not the EHR. The first question is where the claim is produced.

What does it cost?

Seats run from $1,500 to $2,500 a month depending on the role, published per role on the pricing page. One month minimum, so the practice risks one month to find out whether it works.

How does access work?

You issue a named login with the narrowest role that covers the queue. A signed business associate agreement is in place before any credential is issued, never after.

All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them here describes the systems our staff have been asked to work in and implies no affiliation, partnership, certification or endorsement. Workflows vary by version and by configuration; nothing here describes any individual tenant.
