Practice management and EHR

Aprima billing and AR support

We put trained full-time people inside your own Aprima tenant, through a login you issue, working US hours. No migration, no software to buy, one month minimum.

We are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of Aprima

Aprima (also known as CGM Aprima) is a product of its own vendor and the name is their trademark. We have built nothing with them, we are endorsed by none of them, and we hold no product certification. What we do is put a trained person into your tenant, under your login, to work your queues. That is the whole claim, and it is checkable on your first call.

What it is

An ambulatory EHR and practice management product, now part of CompuGroup Medical, used by independent practices and specialty groups.

Who runs it: Independent practices and specialty groups, many long-tenured on the product.

How the money moves through it

Charges post from the encounter into the practice management side, claims are submitted, and denials return to follow-up lists. Long-standing installs carry accumulated configuration that decides the workflow.

The queues a seat works

  • Unbilled and held charges
  • Claim edits
  • Denial follow-up
  • Aged AR

What a seat does, day to day

A seat learns your configuration and works the queue you assign.

What goes wrong here

  • Products that have changed vendor ownership often have several supported versions in the field at once. Confirm which one you are on before anybody describes a workflow.

What this costs

An ar calling & denial management seat working your Aprima queues is $1,700 a month, full time, one month minimum.

Questions

Do you work in Aprima?

Yes — inside your own tenant, through a login you issue. We do not migrate you, we do not require a software change, and we are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of Aprima. A seat is a trained person working your queues.

What does a seat actually do in Aprima?

A seat learns your configuration and works the queue you assign.

What does it cost?

Seats run from $1,500 to $2,500 a month depending on the role, published per role on the pricing page. One month minimum, so the practice risks one month to find out whether it works.

How does access work?

You issue a named login with the narrowest role that covers the queue. A signed business associate agreement is in place before any credential is issued, never after.

All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them here describes the systems our staff have been asked to work in and implies no affiliation, partnership, certification or endorsement. Workflows vary by version and by configuration; nothing here describes any individual tenant.

Last updated 2026-09-12. Product names, ownership and workflows change. Confirm anything version-specific against the vendor’s own documentation.
