LCPtracker is a product of its own vendor and the name is their trademark. We have built nothing with them, we are endorsed by none of them, and we hold no product certification. What we do is put a trained person into your tenant, under your login, to work your queues. That is the whole claim, and it is checkable on your first call.
What it is
A certified payroll and labour compliance platform used by public agencies to collect weekly payrolls from contractors and subcontractors on prevailing-wage projects.
Who runs it: General contractors and subcontractors on public works where the awarding agency has chosen the platform. Which projects use it is the agency’s decision, not the contractor’s.
How the money moves through it
Weekly payrolls are uploaded or keyed, validated against the project’s wage determination and classification list, and either accepted or returned with errors. Most of the work is not the upload — it is clearing the validation errors and chasing subcontractors whose payrolls are late, because the prime is accountable for theirs too.

What goes wrong here
- A week with no work still needs a non-performance payroll on most projects. A gap in the sequence is the first thing a reviewer looks for and it reads as a missing payroll rather than an idle week.
- The prime is accountable for its subcontractors’ submissions. A tier-two sub who has never used the platform is the prime’s problem, discovered late, every time.

Seats run from $1,500 to $2,500 a month depending on the role, published per role on the pricing page. One month minimum, so the practice risks one month to find out whether it works.
How does access work?
You issue a named login with the narrowest role that covers the queue. A signed business associate agreement is in place before any credential is issued, never after.
