Certified payroll portals

B2Gnow billing and AR support

We put trained full-time people inside your own B2Gnow tenant, through a login you issue, working US hours. No migration, no software to buy, one month minimum.

We are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of B2Gnow

B2Gnow is a product of its own vendor and the name is their trademark. We have built nothing with them, we are endorsed by none of them, and we hold no product certification. What we do is put a trained person into your tenant, under your login, to work your queues. That is the whole claim, and it is checkable on your first call.

What it is

A compliance platform used by public agencies to track contract compliance, including certified payroll, subcontractor payments and diversity-programme participation.

Who runs it: Contractors and subcontractors on public contracts where the agency uses it, often alongside a separate payroll platform.

How the money moves through it

Beyond payroll, this is where subcontractor payment reporting and participation commitments are tracked. Both sides of a payment have to be reported and reconciled, so a sub who does not confirm receipt leaves the prime out of compliance on a payment it actually made.

The queues a seat works

  • Payment reporting, and the subcontractor confirmations against it
  • Certified payroll where the agency collects it here
  • Participation commitments against actual utilisation
  • Compliance audits and information requests from the agency

What a seat does, day to day

A seat keeps the reporting current on both sides and chases the confirmations, which is the part that stalls and the part nobody has time for.

What goes wrong here

  • A payment reported by the prime and never confirmed by the sub reads as non-compliance even though the money moved. Chasing confirmations is the job, not an afterthought.

What this costs

An ar calling & denial management seat working your B2Gnow queues is $1,700 a month, full time, one month minimum.

Questions

Do you work in B2Gnow?

Yes — inside your own tenant, through a login you issue. We do not migrate you, we do not require a software change, and we are not a partner, reseller or certified vendor of B2Gnow. A seat is a trained person working your queues.

What does a seat actually do in B2Gnow?

A seat keeps the reporting current on both sides and chases the confirmations, which is the part that stalls and the part nobody has time for.

What does it cost?

Seats run from $1,500 to $2,500 a month depending on the role, published per role on the pricing page. One month minimum, so the practice risks one month to find out whether it works.

How does access work?

You issue a named login with the narrowest role that covers the queue. A signed business associate agreement is in place before any credential is issued, never after.
