We are filling seats for United States medical billing and construction payroll accounts. Night shift, on site, trained on the job for the roles that allow it. Everyone who applies gets a reply, including a no.

AR caller / denial management
Calling US payers on aged claims and denials. The job is the chasing: the call, the reference number, the note, the follow-up.
What we look for: Clear spoken English. Comfortable on the phone with someone who does not want to help you.
Up to PKR 150,000 a month, depending on experience
Eligibility & benefits verification
Checking coverage before the visit through payer portals and calls. Detail work, high volume, and it prevents more denials than anything else on this list.
What we look for: Accuracy under repetition. Portal-comfortable.

Prior authorization specialist
Submitting, chasing and documenting authorizations. Reference numbers and names, every time.
What we look for: Persistence. Willingness to make the fourth call.

Credentialing specialist
Provider enrollments, revalidations, CAQH and PECOS kept current so nothing lapses quietly.
What we look for: Deadline discipline. Comfortable with forms and portals.

Medical coder
Coding and auditing charts against payer policy, with the reasoning written down.
What we look for: CPC or equivalent, or strong coursework plus a real interest in the rules.

Certified payroll specialist
Weekly Davis-Bacon and state filings for US construction contractors. Classifications, fringe benefits, rejections worked to accepted.
What we look for: Spreadsheet fluency. Patience with portals that bounce things for small reasons.

What are the hours?
United States business hours, which from Pakistan means an evening and night shift. That is the job — it is why the work exists here. We are straight about it at the first call rather than after you accept.
Do I need experience in US medical billing?
For some roles yes, for others no. AR calling and eligibility we will train if your English is good and you are reliable. Coding and credentialing need a real foundation because the rules are unforgiving.
Do I need to send a CV?
Not to apply. The form asks the things a CV usually buries. If we take it further we will ask for one then.
Where is the office?
Kl 234, Ground Floor, Near Gulshan Abad Gate, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi. This is an on-site role — the work happens on a supervised floor because our clients require it, and we do not offer it remotely.
Is the company established?
The floor, the equipment and the team are built and paid for, and we are early in filling seats. We say that to candidates for the same reason we say it to clients: you should be able to judge the risk yourself rather than find out in month three.
Will I hear back?
Yes, including if the answer is no. Silence after an application is the standard in this market and it is a small cruelty that costs nothing to avoid.
