What the job is

Calling US payers on aged claims and denials. The job is the chasing: the call, the reference number, the note, the follow-up.

What we look for

Clear spoken English. Comfortable on the phone with someone who does not want to help you.

Pay

PKR 60,000 to PKR 150,000 a month, depending on experience

Hours and location

Full time, on site at Kl 234, Ground Floor, Near Gulshan Abad Gate, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, on United States business hours — an evening and night shift from Pakistan. This is an on-site role; client systems are only ever worked from the controlled floor, never remotely.

• A reply within three working days, either way
• No unpaid trial period, ever
• Pay and hours in writing, in the offer itself, before you accept
• Never asked to resign before an offer exists
