Sales closer / account executive

What the job is

Taking the warm transfers and the booked calls, running the discovery conversation, sending the one-page terms and the agreement, and getting a signature. Works directly with the founder on every deal until the account is ninety days old.

What we look for

Has closed B2B before — services, software, staffing, anything sold to a business owner on a call. Writes a clear follow-up email. Knows the difference between an objection and a no.

Pay

PKR 90,000 to PKR 150,000 a month, plus commission on what you close

Hours and location

Full time, on site at Kl 234, Ground Floor, Near Gulshan Abad Gate, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, on United States business hours — an evening and night shift from Pakistan. This is an on-site role; client systems are only ever worked from the controlled floor, never remotely.
