On the commercial side the dominant Blue plan here trades as [UNVERIFIED] - could not source; anthem.com, elevancehealth.com and bcbs.com all blocked, and CT Insurance Department rate-filing pages 404'd, which matters mainly because its portal and its appeal route are the ones your seat will spend the most time in.
